  • ¿Me solicitaran deposito en garantia?
    SI. Al momento del check in deberas aportar una tarjeta de credito con saldo para preautorizar un monto de deposito, el cual sera liberado automaticamente dentro de los 7 dias posteriores a tu check out. Segun el tipo de habitacion que hayas reservado los montos a solicitar son los siguiente: - Habitación doble economica/premium: 300€. - Habitación cuádruple: 300€. - Atico: 600€. Este monto es por habitacion. (Por tanto si haces una reserva de 2 habitaciones por ej debes hacer un deposito de 600€ )
  • What are the rules of the establishment?
    - Passport or ID of all adults who are in the reservation will be requested. - Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Pets are only allowed on the Ground Floor and apartment. PETS CANNOT CLIMB ON BEDS AND SOFAS. (FINE: COST OF DAMAGED ITEMS (Linen and upholstery) - Parties or events are not allowed (FINE OF €500). - Smoking is prohibited (FINE OF €250). Including electronic cigarettes. - It is not possible to accommodate unregistered third parties (FINE OF €250). - Taking photographs for commercial purposes is not allowed (FINE OF €500). - Always leave the lights and AC turned off when leaving the room. - For any breakage of furniture or linen, an additional FINE OF €50 will be charged in addition to the price of the item for each damaged item. Violation of any of these rules will lead to the automatic and immediate termination of the reservation in progress.
  • Where we are? How to get?
    The MOLÍ DE MAR hostel and apartment is located in the old town of Lloret de Mar. Five minutes walk from the beach and a short walk from the main shopping street. Address: Carrer de la Riera 20, CP17310, Lloret de Mar (Girona). If you come from Barcelona, and want to use public transport. The best thing is to take the bus at Estació del Nord (Carrer d'Alí Bei, 78, L'Eixample, 08013 Barcelona) and head towards Estació d'autobusos de Lloret de Mar (Av. Vila de Blanes, 39, 17310 Lloret de Sea, Girona). It is located just about 5 minutes (350 meters) walk from our Hostel.
  • Is there reception?
    Before and during your reservation you can contact us via WhatsApp for anything you need before or during your stay. Also in specific cases we can be there personally to wait for you and/or assist you in whatever is necessary.
  • When can I enter the hotel? What is the departure time?
    Your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. We do NOT have a luggage storage service. If you arrive before the check-in time, contact us. If your room is ready when you arrive, we will give it to you without any problem. At the end of your stay you must vacate your room no later than 11am (charges will apply in case of delays).
  • How does autonomous check-in/check-out work?
    Once you make your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to make it. There you must complete your information and that of all guests, upload photos of your ID/Passport and a selfie to verify your identity. In this process we will ask you to pay the fees and any other outstanding balance on your reservation. When everything is complete you will receive the access codes and a guide to the hostel.
  • What are the cancellation and refund policies?
    Cancellation and refund policy We have two types of rates, a Non-refundable rate, which means that if you want to cancel or do not show up you will not get a refund, and a Flexible rate, where you can get 100% of what you have paid if you cancel up to 14 days before the date of your check in, if there are less than 14 days left for your check in date and you want to cancel you will not get a refund. Reservation deposit Correct answer: At the time of check-in, you will be asked for a security deposit of 50 euros/person, which will be released 100% upon departure if there are no damages or violations of the rules.
  • Do you have to climb stairs?
    In Moli de Mar WE DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. However, we have adapted rooms on the GROUND FLOOR, check before booking if we can accommodate you there.
  • Does the hotel accept pets?
    We have PET FRIENDLY rooms, but they are LIMITED! They are only those on the ground floor and some on the first floor. Therefore, if you want to stay with your pet, first contact us to confirm availability. The maximum is 1 pet up to 15 kg and has a supplement of 50 euros/stay.
  • Is there wifi in the hostel?
    Moli de Mar offers free Wi-Fi to all customers, both in common areas and in rooms
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
    All our rooms and the apartment have AA, check our Rooms and Apartment page for all the equipment they have.
  • From what age are they considered children?
    Babies between 0 and 3 years old pay the child rate of 15 euros/night. If you need a crib, don't hesitate to ask for it, it's free. From 3 years old they are considered adults.
  • What is the minimum age to stay?
    Good morning, the minimum check-in age is 18 years old if not accompanied by an adult.
  • Does the hostel have parking?
    We do not have PARKING, If you come by car, you can park in the Pere Torrent municipal car park (C/ del Torrentó, 49, 17310 Lloret de Mar, Girona) which is only about 3 minutes (200 meters) walk from our Hostel.
